we might think of ways to work through violence

“Rather than aspire to global security that would rid us of all violence, rather than imagine an end of non-violence where violence is made to evaporate, and rather than have this aspiration and imagination perform more violence, we might think of ways to work through violence.  These ways of ‘working through’ would look to regulate violence, live with the loss it generates, and mourn the lives it shatters.” – Samera Esmeir, “The Violence of Non-Violence,” Journal of Law and Society, March 2007

Hi Archie – Just getting this (still a little new to WordPress). Please feel free to share the blog. I haven’t publicized it because I just starting putting up content a few weeks ago, and there are a lot of blank pages. But, it is public and I am happy to receive early viewers and feedback if you know people who would be interested.

      What is your zynga group?

      Best,
      Jesse
